My Values
These are the values that shape who I am and how I lead.• I do what’s right, even when it’s difficult. I haven’t always got it right – but I take responsibility when I don’t. For me, integrity means showing up truthfully, owning the impact of my actions, and staying committed to learning and leading with honesty.

Mentoring
I have been fortunate to learn from a number of influential figures over the years, people who offered guidance, perspective and the space to develop my own approach. Their influence has shaped my leadership style, and it has also reminded me that there is never any harm in asking for help.
Advocacy
Advocacy has always been woven into the way I lead and the way I live. Whether in social care or disability inclusion, I believe in speaking when it matters, using lived experience to inform decisions, and contributing to conversations that can shape better outcomes for others.
