I have been fortunate to learn from a number of influential figures over the years, people who offered guidance, perspective and the space to develop my own approach. Their influence has shaped my leadership style, and it has also reminded me that there is never any harm in asking for help. We all learn from others, often in ways we only recognise much later.

That is why mentoring has become an important part of my work. I offer strategic support to founders and smaller organisations who are navigating the realities of building and running something meaningful. Much of this is practical: clarifying decisions, exploring options, or helping someone regain a sense of direction when things feel unclear. I mentor emerging entrepreneurs, especially those navigating business with disability, and I partner with charities that are working to shift mindsets and open doors.

I also provide community-based mentoring, gifting my time locally to support people who may not otherwise have access to this kind of guidance. These sessions often focus on early-stage challenges or questions of progression, and they sit alongside my broader commitment to more inclusive entrepreneurship.

The Lilac Review has highlighted important issues facing disabled founders, and through that work I have become more engaged with Small Business Britain. I offer mentoring through their Digital Boost platform, which provides an accessible way for people to book time directly.

If you would like to arrange a mentoring session, you can do so through the Boost Digital platform [here].
