My leadership sits at the intersection of social care, complex mental health and community development, shaped by more than thirty years of hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the realities that define the sector.
I lead Hoama Group and Iden Manor Nursing Home, combining operational delivery with long-term strategic planning, development and governance. Alongside this, I provide consultancy support across both social care and primary care, working with organisations that need practical insight, clarity and an evidence based approach to improvement.
Sector Leadership
I also serve as a Non-Executive Director at the Kent Integrated Care Alliance (KICA), which represents care providers across the county, from residential and nursing homes to domiciliary care, mental health services and supported living.
My contribution draws on my experience as a care home operator and focuses on workforce, training, funding and the operational realities that shape day-to-day care. The role is one of strategic insight and sector representation, ensuring that providers’ perspectives are reflected in wider system planning.
